Registration fees

Early registration (before September 30th): 120 €
Late registration (after September 30th): 150 €

General information

Each paper needs one of its authors to be registered (and paid).

Registration Fee Waivers

We are pleased to offer a limited number of registration fee waivers, with a particular focus on supporting students and participants from the Global South. Our aim is to make the conference accessible to a diverse and inclusive group of attendees.

Details on how to apply for a fee waiver will be published soon. Please check back regularly for updates.

What registration includes

• Attendance at all invited talks and paper presentations
• Electronic access to the conference proceedings published by Springer in their LNCS series
• Lunches and coffee breaks at the conference venue over two days
• One ticket for the conference dinner
• Experience the friendly and informal atmosphere of the conference, designed to foster meaningful connections and long-term collaborations across continents and research generations.

If you can pay by credit card, please, register and pay at https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=dighumres25. Note: Registration is currently not yet open.

If your institution needs to pay by bank transfer, send us an email to dighumres25@easychair.org (do not register in Easychair in this case).
