We have received an unexpectedly high number of registrations and needed to close the system due to the venue’s capacity constraints. Please note that on-site registration will not be possible. If you need to update your existing registration details, you can still do so via EasyChair.

Registration fees

Early registration (before October 15th): 120 €
Late registration (after October 15th): 150 €

Each paper needs one of its authors to be registered (and paid).

Registration Fee Waivers

We are pleased to offer a limited number of registration fee waivers, with a particular focus on supporting paper authors, students, and participants from the Global South. Our goal is to make the conference accessible to a diverse and inclusive group of attendees.
