Kara Swisher is the host of On with Kara Swisher and co-host of the Pivot podcast. She is editor-at-large at New York Magazine and a CNN contributor. Swisher cofounded the technology website Recode and the Code Conference, and has reported on the tech industry since the early 1990s. Often described as one of Silicon Valley’s most influential journalists, she is the author of the New York Times bestselling memoir Burn Book: A Tech Love Story (Simon & Schuster, 2024).
