Laura Waltersdorfer manages the WU Wien Competence Center for Applied AI and Scientific Computing (AAISC). She finished her bachelor’s degree (both business informatics and international business administration) at WU Wien and her master’s degree in business informatics at the Technical University of Vienna (TU Wien). Her research focus is on how to design and build auditable AI systems for increased transparency and accountability. Her research interests include Semantic Web, Machine Learning, and Responsible AI.
