Georg Gottlob receives Preis der Stadt Wien
On November 27, Georg Gottlob was honored with a Prize of the City of Vienna, which was presented by the city’s councilor for Culture and Science.
We are delighted to announce that on November 27, CAIML Board Member Georg Gottlob received the Preis der Stadt Wien (Prize of the City of Vienna) in the category Mathematics, Computer Science, the Natural Sciences, and Technology for his academic achievements in the field of computer science. This year, the prizes were presented to awardees by the City’s Councilor for Culture and Science Veronica Kaup-Hasler, at Vienna’s city hall. The prizes of the City of Vienna honor extraordinary achievements in the fields of architecture, the fine arts, media art, literature, journalism, music, the sciences, and education, and they are endowed with 10,000 Euros.
